Well everyone, we used to celebrate Tim Atkins Wednesday, but now we are doing Tim Atkins Tuesday since he apparently is now sending his emails to Tuesday.

We luv ya Tim!

AND (drum roll) Look what I got from Tim today...a settlement offer:

Quote:
Dear VBMOM

Your account is seriously delinquent. To avoid your account being sent to a
collection agency, we are offering a special settlement of 70% of your current balance.
We must receive this via Western Union or your Visa/MasterCard debit/credit card.
To take advantage of this settlement offer you must call
us today at 800-666-8107 or simply reply to this email.

If you are unable to take advantage of this offer, but still wish to pay, please
call us to work out a payment plan to pay off your account.

Our staff is here to help.

Sincerely,

Tim Atkins
Manager

Dear Tim,

I write this letter with dreary pen as I feel like you are just ripping my heart into two. Why must you play these head games with me and continue to send me these emails with the flicker of hope that we could rekindle our relationship? Why I ask you! And who is ARM? Is this the reason why you stopped calling me? I cannot believe you strayed. What did I do? Was it something I said? Do I smell funny? You have betrayed me one too many times Tim and I dont have to take it any more. I have waited with batied breath for you just to look my way and quite frankly I deserve better.

Dont ever call me again or email me. I never want to know that I even knew you.

Sincerely,
Roxy

goudah...the last note I sent to Tim was this-

Dear tim,
Thank you for your heartfelt note and you willingness to help me with my unavoidable circumstance and encouragement to resolve this quickly. Let me just clarify and state that my circumstance is indeed unavoidable in the sense that the only way for you to stop debiting my account was to close it. I can assure you that I will not be completing "Form #3" but I do appreciate the thought and opportunity to give you my new account information. Alas, I no longer have a bank account but have joined a society in which I will barter for goods and services.

As stated in my letter to your office, I have paid $600 on a $400 loan and therefore owe you $0 (zero). I also have confirmation from the US Postal Service that the letter was delivered to your office on September 10, 2007 at 2:01pm.

Please feel free to submit my $200 refund to the address you have on file or instead of the $200 in cash, you can send me an ounce (1 oz.) of gold. Any failure on behalf of Payday Loan Yes to issue a refund to me will result in collections activity and is taken, as you put it, very seriously.

Tim, please have a wonderful day and do not call me with any questions or concerns.

Volley...your letters are so full of heart! I'm getting e-mails about once a month from Tom Rothrock..he's a favorite of Westbury Ventures. But I'm sad it's not really Tom that writes to me it must be a one of his gophers...anyway you think I could get Tom's attention if I sent one of your letters??
