I got one too!!! And a phone call from Onique..who told me it was for a pay day loan company. (I again pretended I was not me). I fired off a nasty e-mail. I hate these people.

I used to get the same email from Tim . . . It's great - Wait until tax time. You will start getting emails from him saying that since it's "refund" time they will offer you a settlement of 60%, and that you should be able to pay it because you are getting a tax refund . . . . Right.

Volley, Got mine too this morning. I am so sick of them I can not stand it. AND they have already turned me over to collections (ARM) and I am still getting these notices. Feel like crafting me a response for these morons....I could use a good one! :wink:

You have betrayed me one too many times Tim and I dont have to take it any more. I have waited with batied breath for you just to look my way and quite frankly I deserve better.

This is so funny...all of this e-mail..phone calls and letters I have received from this CA..is about a 100 dollar loan. Can you imagine the man hours and time they have wasted on this? But not Tom just those around I guess they just use his name.

Have several loans and want to pay them off can not afford to, i have contacted langhorne debit soultions, can any one tell me if they are legit at $792.00 in fees it seems high
