Welcome to the Community :D What is Instacheck? I am not familiar with them.It sounds like a pay day loan place?

If this is a store front pay day loan place, you need to contact them by mail,phone or something. They tend to follow state regualtions, and tend to sue.

Explain your circumstances, that you are on disability, but want to get them paid off, and see if they will come up with a payment plan.

Thank You! I am not sure exactly what to call
it.. I think they collect bad checks for
companies.. I had a few over drawn checks and
several I did not write. I have not been
able to get them to show me a statement.
They sent one,which was not mine. When I called
I was told I had 6 there. I asked for a state-
ment and nothing..

Sooooo Instachek is collecting on your bounced checks?? And they wont send you a statement?

After searching I found a place called Instacheck that says it collects on bad checks.

I would contact them again. Explain that going in person is not possible, and that the statement they sent was not for you.

i am familiar with them unfortuanately, not right now,but they will turn you in, and you could be arrested if not paid. i would call them over and over until i get something showing exactly what you owe.
they only hold the checks for so long, and then they turn you over, so keep trying.
