I sent verbal acceptance letter to collection agency, and I am waiting their acceptance letter with signature.
But they left a voice message on my phone yesterday.
They want me to call back.

I'm not sure what you mean by a verbal acceptance letter. Howeve
I'm not sure what you mean by a verbal acceptance letter. However, if you agreed to a settlement, make sure they give it to you in writing, and they report as favorably as possible.
You can call them back-don't know what it means. Sometimes, they will have a bazillion collectors calling the same people and they don't know what the others have said, or if they have called- at least that's the way it has worked with me.
