big loans in uk

i did not go to their website, but i went to one of those sites that will recommend payday loan companies to you and out of the blue BIG called me and we transacted everything on the phone. he asked me some questions and lo and behold my money was in the bank.

I was going to say...exactly Granny. BIG will do it all over the phone...very scary!!

Crap, granny! :shock: What you now have is a "verbal agreement". Totally illegal. And these people will hound the living hell out of you. They're going to debit your account until you're dead in the ground. They are bad news. Ugly. Yuck.

the thing is i even tried to cancel the loan and they told me that they couldn't do that.... i said i don't feel comfortable dealing with a company outside of the us... they would not let me cancel thge loan, and the fuinds didn't even hit my account yet..

so far they haven't called back after i told them that she died of a heart attack two days ago and the rep said that he was sorry and hung up.

i don't know about anyone else, but if the money hit my account i would not touch it. and then when they start hitting the account for fees let it come out of their own money and when it's used up, send them a letter and close the account or change my account. do anyone agree with me?

Yes, granny, even though you've had a heart attack and are already dead, I agree. I wouldn't leave the money there. I would close the friggin account out. Close it. Get rid of it. And especially if they wouldn't cancel the loan. There goes the illegal nature of them. God love them. Close the account. Granny, I'm glad to see you typing from your coffin. very true granny very true. I could not ask people to do something that I know they cant do in the first place. How horrible that would be. This site is just the opposite. It gives you wings to help you do what is right, what you wanted to do all along...to help yourself. I love this place.

those people are still trying to get money from the dead. (they just don't give up) today, they called and i told them that she was dead and do not call here again and hung up. they are getting on my last nerve. they better not let my other personality come out because she don't take no stuff.
