your mr. sargent phone my boss today about garnishing my wages. now here is the funny part the garnishment in question has to do with car returned to dealership 3 yrs ago, never heard nothing from anyone about anything so i assumed that all was well. now 3yrs later i'm informed that there was a ruling against me, but by law don't i have to be informed within 5 days of ruling? and is not also wrong to tell employer before garnishment about the amount owing before i even know?

Good Luck..Karen
