I cant speak for everyone else with these guys, but in Nov 2006 they gave me a new account number for my car payment and I thought no problem untill I checked all of my credit reports and found out that they kept the old account open as the active one and have not reported on it since 2006 with a false balance and the new account number they report as charged off in 2006. They are ruining all three of my credit scores and no matter what I say to them are the credit agencies they are right and I am wrong. I have never missed a payemnt on my car since I got it in July of 2003 and it is due to be paid off July of 2008. What a mess and I am not the only one, there are hundreds of people out there that have been crapped on by these bad people.

Does anyone else get annoyed when a guest will ask a question and then they get one but never to reply to it? Maybe it is just me, Im very tired of fighting wells fargo auto fiance and now FMS Inc. about my student loan, meant no harm. :cry:

They took my car and i was only one payment behind...If anyone finds out of a law suit let me know too, i would like something to be done its not right the way he treats people, there should be some justice for all the people he has hurt!
