I work in law enforcement and they called me at work. I had a pdl from Paycheck today which i paid at least $500 on a $300 loan. I live in florida. I see I should send a debt validation letter to ARM but what is the address for ARM? Should i send a letter to Paycheck today also? How do I get them to stop calling me at work also? Thanks for the help

I also looked arm up on bbb and there are many addresses for them.

Notice that some of the names are different...we want to be sure we are getting the right one.

ross-do you have a ph# from caller id?

kash-The address in florida? If so, I know for a fact that Accounts Receivable Management, Inc. head office is the NJ address. But I just wonder which ARM (LOL!) is calling Ross.

I don't know which one it is all the lady said was I am calling from arm collecting for Paycheck today. I have never heard from them prior or receive anything in the mail. The only things I have received from Paycheck today was an email saying they send me to Icollect. I emailed back the copy of the BBB i filed on them.

Yes please I could use a good DV letter thank you.

I found this which may or may not help

For those of you who don't want calls from ARM (Accounts Receivable Management) anymore. Why send a cease and desist letter or DV letter. You can go on line and speak with Katie, the virtual collector. I wonder if she knows all the lines like "Can you borrow the money somewhere." Or "if I don't have the money in 48 hours I will start proceedings!" The possibilities are endless with Katie the virtual collector. No joke! Follow link below!
