arm just called me for the first time at work

I have to send a validation letter. Thanks for reminding me. I got a letter over the weekend from a CA for a PDL that I don't recognize. Its about time that I can do a post. I am excited. I will list all the info tomorrow. The letter warned me not to get angry! Thats all I remember.

I am sending the dv letter to the Jacksonville location. Do I send a cease and desist letter also? Does anyone have a copy of this? After I send this DV letter and arm calls me like tomorrow what do i say.

In the letter I posted, it also serves as a cease and desist....take a peek at it.

ross-If you can,just tell them a letter is on the way and hang up. Send it certified and if you can find a fax #, fax it too.
