Better known as I.C.S well I contacted them and finally got through to a representative. They said they contacted me to let me know that the loan was not approved because I didn't make 40 hours per week oh well. They canceled the loan out and I told them not to phone me anymore and that how it was wrong that they told me on the recorded line that it did not matter if I made part time hours and they got got very rude with me so I just hung up the phone!

And with that customer service i'm glad I didn't deal with them!

Has anyone heard of Cash Advance Network. I have applied for a loan with them and they told me through an email that I was approved but I have to call them to have the loan deposited into my account. The problem is I cannot contact them through the ph#800-992-9842 which is what they have given me. I am afraid they are going to take money out of my account without ever depositing a loan.

I received a payday loan with ICS and attempted to pay off the loan a couple of weeks ago but was given a run-around. I was told the balance was $250 and I agreed to send a Cashier's check (or money order) for that amount to pay it off in full. I advised them not to debit my checking account any longer as that account was closed. I received a call from them a few days later stating that I now owe an additional $128 in charges because they debited my account and it was returned. I spoke to John Hiatsi and requested all of my transactions be verified. He refused to do that for me so I agreed to not pay the additional charges until the information I requested was sent to me. They have already received $250 but told me they would garnish my wages to collect the remaining balance. I am currently seeking legal advise and will likely pursue this in the court system. My advise to anyone looking for a payday loan...DO NOT DO IT with ANY company. It will just get you into more trouble than you think you were before the loan. They do absolutely nothing to help you out.

I, too, have a PDL with ICS. Called the other day to ask that they not debit my account, because I didn't have the money. Was told they had already put in the request. And they couldn't stop it. Well needless to say my account is now in the negative with NSF charges. In talking to ICS they said after it came thru un paid someome would call, and I could then make arrangements to pay. But thanks to the address being posted they will "hear it" from me.

This is another payday loan that everyone needs to stay away from. I closed my checking account over a month agao. informed them of it and they are still trying to take money out of it.. They keep sending me threating emails, that they will prevent me from cashing checks at stores, ruin my credit, etc. I have asked for their mailing adress, that I would send them a money order. THey will not give it to me. i am contacting my lawyer, asking him that if I am attempting to pay them off,can they deny me the address.. I agree with another writer...We need to put those payday loans out of business!!
Everyone here have a great day

I have found that they are taking money out of my account with out my auth. I am trying to get in touch with them to issue a credit. They owe me about $750. I checked witht he state of NC and found that companies like this are illegal in our state yet they continue to issue loans illegally. I have not been able to contact them after SEVERAL messages. They refuse to return my calls. I am contacting the state attorney general. Has anyone else had problems. Let me know.
You can email me at

email address removed as per forum rules - Mike

sfields19, you must close your account and stop the company from debiting further. This is the only way after which the company will contact you. Ask them to show all your payments done in the past before they ask for more money. If required, consult your attorney for some legal advice.

I had applied for a loan from ICS and after getting 'approved' over the phone, decided to check up on them and came across this forum. I just called to cancel the loan. I'd rather wash dishes someplace to get the money I need.

They are friendly folks, but they rake you across the coals with the fee structure - it's like loan-sharking with a smile.

I would advise contacting them after the bank account is closed. I tried to make arrangements when my account was opened and no deal. Once the account was closed, they made arrangements which were reasonable.

they are going to deposit the money and still try to debit it on the pay date you set up. they say my husband applied for a loan on 6/23 but they didn't try to deposit the money until 7/17 then debited his account for 124.00 on 7/21. call and tell them you don't want the money because once they hit your account they wont stop. by your account being overdrawn if it goes back unpaid they are going to try to charge you 324.00. don't take the money it is a rip off.

Oh Pauli. This was a scam. You need to report them IMMEDIATELY to your AG's office and proceed from there. You should never be required to pay an upfront fee to receive a loan. You are lucky in a sense, others on this forum have been taken for thousands as an upfront fee. If they have access to your checking/savings account you need to report this company to your bank. The bank will also inform you that this is a scam and they want you to report this activity to them. I believe these companies are being investigated by the FBI so it is important to report them.

Hey folks..if it sounds too good to be true, it is! Thanks to all that warned me. I was ready to apply for a loan...now I'm not and I dumped the papers. Alot of scammers out there...beware. It may sound good in the beginning but the trouble begins as soon as you sign on the bottom line. Advice: Don't spend money you don't have and you won't be in a position to be needing a loan.

A company that charges a fee in order for you to obtain a loan, or just for the review process to get started, is scamming you in the worst way possible.

They get your hopes up with the "teaser" statements that indicate there's no way you can be turned down, which is a lie. I have yet to hear of anyone who has received money from an "up front fee" loan company. They have all stated they sent the money in and were then turned down flat.

Please don't fall for this scam - if you've already done so, please consider it a lesson learned, but if you haven't sent your money to these people and are considering doing so, please review the comments here and save yourself the money, time, and heartache.
