Actually, there are a few states that allow a number of rollovers. Check them out. I'm amazed sometimes. I think one state (can't remember) said "no limit" or something along those lines. Hello! And I do believe that title loans are not considered the same as pay day loans. A title loan, they are holding the title to something of yours. That's collateral for them. A pay day loan is just that. No collateral. So, I don't think pdl laws apply to a title loan. However, one would think that there would be a limit as to how much could be charged. This title loan has been carried over since 2006. That's an awfully long time to pay every month and still owe the same amount of money as you did on day one.

Title loans are attached to real property....not with a check or an unsecured promise to pay.

No, it's really sad. A lot of people do the title loans because they feel there are no other options to get the money they need. Then they get sucked in and pay soooo much money back. And so many people are in a pdl mess because of a gambling addiction. I swear, all this stuff just goes in a full circle. And it's a never ending circle. It's some sad stuff.

I think I just found my out for the cash2day4u loan, I went into the state of nevada finance division website and they are not licensed even in NV, they were also sued/fined $50k in april 07 due to this, they failed to appear at the hearing. I just faxed over a complaint to this division and am waiting to hear back from them, I did let them know that I was aware (now) that this company is not licensed in my state or any other state, and that they were notified to no longer do business as a payday loan co
Great going. Please let us know how this turns out for you.

It's okay, dee. If anyone does a search for Cash2Day, this thread will come up. There are actually many posts/threads regarding Cash2Day. That's what's good about the "search box". It'll bring them all up. And that's also why it's good to post such things as you find them out. Others will see it and read it and learn from it. Thanks for posting that! :D
