Animal, I'd suggest searching the BBB website to see what rating OVLG has & the complaints. Also, the SEARCH bar up in the right side can be used to see if others have posted about them.

I was also referred to the same company. The person whom I spoke with was very nice and helped me out with a plan. It sounds affordable to me and if I can make the payments regularly, I will be debt free within a year. I gave my authorization to take out the first payment and the moment it was out of my bank account, their attorneys started sending faxes to all the creditors. They have their website and everything is documented in the client's area. You have nothing that they are trying to hide from you. The best thing that I found with them is their payment system in the client's area. They have kept it transparent in such a way that anytime you log in the website, you will be able to see the fees that are charged to you and the balance going to the trust account. I wish to become debt free soon and the way Oak View Law Group is representing my file, I can get positive results pretty quick.
