Question about Satisfied Judgement...

His reponse was, I sent out satisfaction and cancellation as of the 3rd.. i will send another one today, let me know if u don't recieve it by Monday.
Ok so now, what does satisfaction and cancellation mean?? Ok i know what satisfaction means but cancellation?? What cancellation?
Wow this is confusing me to me!
I also sent him an email thanking him for responding so quickly and snuck in asking him if there was a chance to get this judgement vacated! ;)
We'll see what he says on that one!

THE SATISFACTION REMOVES THE JUDGMENT AND THE CANCELLATION REMOVES ALL PROPERTY LIENS ---THE CREDIT BUREAUS HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED BUT THEY ARE USUALLY A LITTLE BEHIND ON THEIR UPDATES ---I HEAR IT USUALLY TAKES A FEW MONTHS FOR IT TO SHOW UP
which i don't get cuz i have NO property! It's all in hubby's name.... Also said that they've already reported to credit bureaus just takes them a little while to update. So i will keep a close eye on that one!
And NO mention of vacating so i sent him yet another email! ;)

You are right, sometimes takes the credit bureau 3 months tto update, or rather it did on mine. But at least it will be gone and updated!!
