no upest,they are not licensed or legal anywhere.pdl's are totally prohibited in NC and they must be licensed to lend in

I live in NC...they just called two days ago...the collections dept. just called and threatened to garnish my wages....they were sent a letter from the NC AG and told to stop collection proceedings---they are ignoring that.....

then you must inform the NC AG,also inform the IL AG. this place doesn't know when to quit does it.maybe another six figure fine should be in order.

I left message with person assisting me...but he told me before to tell them to go to hell!!!
