Simply put, legal or illegal STAY AWAY from them.They are all trouble.Just read thru the posts regarding Pay day loans

Please tell us you are not looking to loan from one..This board is filled with posts from members who went through hell and back at the expense of these thieves!

They need to be licensed in California to lend in California....go to the California Department of Corporations website and do a search there.

But as others have said, just stay away!

Well, if I had been smart enough in the first place to have stayed away....I surely would have. Unfortunately, I'm attempting to be smart enough in the second place to come here and seek help.

I have several pdl's with internet companies and I have a feeling that a few of them are illegal in CA from the posts I've already read. I was just looking for a definitive list of companies that have cease/desist/refrain orders against them in California.

Like I said.....had I ONLY been smart enough in the first place!! HAHAHAHA.....aaaahhhhhhhhhh :(

If you post the list ofcompanies someone here may be familiar with them and be able to help.
