Universal Fidel?

Researched these boards, many who know them state they collect for a PDL from Sonic, however I never have had a payday loan.
I want to send a DV letter to them, however don't know what address to use since every post seem to state they are collecting for Sonic.
Anyone have suggestions? Thanks!

Kelly- if this is Universal Fidelity- they collect for many things. They are/used to be,not sure if they are now- with LVNV. LVNV collects for different type debts, such as Sears.
Do a search in the box, at the top of your screen on Universal Fidelity, there are many posts on them!!

I was getting 2+ calls a day from a Texas phone #. I finally called back from my work phone after no messages were left adn it was UF. I asked the person why they were calling and she asked if it was the # (my work) that I was getting calls at. I said NO, its another #. (my cell phone at that). After being bounced around and on hold for 15 mins I finally got to the conclusion that I wasnt in there system by name or phone #. WHAT?!?! the guy says "so I can further look, what is your SS#"? WHAT, I am not giving you my ss# just like that! I said STOP calling me or I will do something about it if you can not tell me why. No calls yet today. But they were vvery odd and annoying. after a guy asked my name and put me on hold he came back on askign how he can help me, I said I was just talking to you, he said no mam you werent...
I have one collection out there and its not with this company. and they are callign my cell phone not home!
