Payday Yes!
Date: Fri, 10/19/2007 - 18:50
Plus a pay down of $50 beginning on 7/31/2007 I paid - $50+90=$140, and on,
8/15/2007 - $50+75=$125
8/31/2007 - $50+60=$110
on 9/15/2007 $50+45=$95 was returned from my bank NSF to the lender. Needless to say they did not get a penny more from me after 9/15/2007.
They charged $30 for a return fee, so as of now I owe $225. The total payout of this loan would have been $960.00 to borrow $300. This lender are not licensed to make loans in New York State, or the State they are operating out of.I told the collector this, and never heard from this company again. Has anyone delt with Payday Yes, by the way, I checked bbb.org and thier office is in Delaware, go figure.

It seems like a lot of these places are in Delaware. I haven't personally dealt with Payday Yes, but there are people here who have. Good for you for not paying them anymore money. You have paid them well enough money to cover your initial amount borrowed.

I believe that they are the sleaze bank capital. They rip people a new one left and right! Their poor citizens! I'll bet they get no breaks or support because of those outragious laws!

speedy, now you do realize that New York prohibits pdls, right? And, of course, this is a nice illegal one in the "pdl playland" of Delaware. They have so overcharged you. I understand the last debit was returned NSF; however, have you done anything regarding your bank account so that they do not attempt to debit again? You need to file complaints against this company with the BBB, the FTC, and your state AG. Is your bank account still open/active to where they can come back and hit it at any time?

Current bank account is active/caring an negative balance, but no funds are coming in or going out. I have opened a new account at a different bank with direct deposit.
The old account I'm making payments to clear the negative balance as agreed to by the bank. I have seeked a lawyer and was advised than this lender broke so many laws(because the lender claims Utah law but is in Delaware/(FDIC Truth in Lending). I can sue in the State of NY, and get a default judgment.I can open up a can of worms with this suit, and set the Internet payday lending industry on fire.(9 times out of 10 the lenders will not answer the summons). With the help of the bank (through the AHC credit of the original loan), I can find out who funded the account, location, etc..
