Well I heard again from Shaniqua. I figured I hear from all of them as they should have all gotten the "closed account" message when they tried to debit my account last Thursday.

I got the standard letter about them being licensed in their state not mine and how their rules are what to go by. So I sent an email back asking to see a copy of their license. Shaniqua sent me an email sending me to their web page, which has no information whatsoever on their license. Let's see how long this can go on.

I'm very surprised though that only 2 other companies have tried to contact me...one via email which I ignored as they are an illegal off-shore place and another one where I accidently hung up on them when they called the office.

I hope everyone is having a great day. Thanks for all the support!

Jeanelle

Hi. You might be surprised. Some members have never received a phone call from some of them. Some just cave and give refunds...but it's the ones who hold on to the bitter end that will be so annoying! :-) Hopefully you will be rid of them soon. It sounds like you are handling them well. :-)

Oh no. Shanique is back on the email game. Great. Shanique can send you the website all she wants to. Shanique can tell you the Delaware law all she wants to. Email Shanique back and ask her to please give you the name and license number that they are operating under legally in your state. Shanique is probably going down the list, volley. We'll be next.

volley, if you can draft up something to get it through their heads that sending you to their website, stating Delaware law, or sending you loan documents does NOT constitute as providing the name and license number they are operating under legally, please do. I don't think they quite understand. "Please give me your name and license number that you are operating under legally." Then they direct you to their website. Ummm.... don't think so.

lmk, you will get a nice email out of the blue. They tend to go away for a bit, then you'll get an email just when they're off your mind! Okay, okay. Then I just respond (again) with the same thing (again). Then they go away for a bit, then they come back with email again. Ho Hum............
