LOL...I'm curious as I have one or two out with these people..

www.corp.ca.gov/enf/info/dr/06pdf/ameriloan.pdf

break is in New Jersey. Am I correct, break? Payday lending is PROHIBITED in your state.

You will find the Payday loan laws for New Jersey here (just select your state),
http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/explain-pdls-laws.html

Payday lending is PROHIBITED in your state. If you could, please list the internet loans that you have (by pdl name), how much you borrowed, and also how much you have paid back so far. We can certainly help you here. I got your message on my home page. We need to know who the loans are with. We can get you a letter, break. :D

Us fast Cash 500

BIG LTD 200

ameriloan 300

CMG 300

CMG was sent to United Pay servivces and of course he scared me into paying $850.00 aqnd calling everyday to update my "case File". I was ripped off, I know.

Big I made two debits of 80 each, they claim my balance as of August was 445.00

Fast Cash was probably 200 or so.

Ameriloan was 100.

I kept getting a call from a woman who said If I didn't return her call she would write it up as a civil suite. They wanted $750.00 for a $300.00 loan. She didn't say which company she was with. I get calls after calls everyday and all I do is hang up on them. What does it mean when you say it's illegal to practice in NJ?

break, what this means (and you are in NJ, correct?) is that your state does not allow pdls. Okay. So what this means is that these lenders are lending to residents in your state illegally. Make sense? No. But they do it. Each one of your pdls is illegal. So CMG turned you over to a collection agency and they scared you into paying them 850.00? Crooks. How much was the original loan for? Also, if possible, could you list how much the loan was for for each pdl and how much you have paid on them? Can you do this to see where we stand as of the moment? We can certainly help you out.

If the company is illegal then you are only obligated to pay the principle back. Understand though the company is not going to see it that way. But they are illegal companies plus your in a state that pdls are prohibited so the debt is not legally enforcable. They will try every scare tactic known to man though to collect.

LOL...I'm glad I could help out!

My CMG was originally for $300 and they conned me into $850.00 and made me call in everyday to in "Tom Jackson's" from United Pay Services terms, "to update my case file". I knew they were a joke because when my last payment was due, I had just called them and spoke to someone and 5 minutes later I get a voicemail. The guy was leaving a message for the wrong person and in his message to a "Ms. so and so", he stated "only god can help you out of this mess". WTF is that?

Can I attempt to get a refund?

Don't believe E-Payday is licensed/legal. And, can you get a refund? I would certainly as all hell try! Did you file complaints against all these companies? Especially the idiots that took you for over 800 bucks?

break, I also pm'd you. If you don't get either, just post. Check your messages. Also, when it comes time to file complaints, you need to file with the BBB (www.bbb.org), the FTC (www.ftc.gov) and your state AG (I just googled my state attorney general and the site came up). When you get to the point of filing complaints, which you really, really need to do, and have any questions, just post. We can help you with it. :D

Okay! First, your messages. Do you see on your screen where it says "Chat" and has like two people with little "bubbles" like they're talking? Look under that. It should say "You have 2 messages" or however many messages you have. Click on that. It should bring you to a page where your messages are. Click on the message and it'll open up so you can read them. You can reply to them also. Try this and see if you can this much so far.

Oh no no..lol. I understand that. What I need help with is:

Getting letters to the pay day loans I already have, via fax, if possible, stating that it is illegal in my state to collect more then "X" amount and so forth.

I also was wondering if there was some type of letter i could write to my previous bank (Commerce Bank, NA) to see if they would waive some of NFS fees as they were draining my bank account to a tune of -208.00. Is that possible as well? Any help I could get today, so the PDL's stop calling and let them know the illegality of what they are doing as applicable to NJ laws.

The the final step is:

A. Filing a complaint against United Pay Services
B. Filing for a refund as they took me for $850.00 for a $300.00 loan.

Does all that make sense?

Just to clarify, here are the loans I believe I have:

US Fast Cash: Amount Borrowed - $300.00

E- Payday Loans: Amount Borrowed - $300

BIG LTD: Amount Borrowed - $200 (paid atleast $160 - $200 already)

Ameriloan: Amount Borrowed - $300.

CMG: Amount Borrowed - $300.00. (Transferred to United Pay Services, bullied into paying $850.00)

I have E-Documents only for CMG and US Fast Cash.

BIG LTD was on the phone, verbally.

E- Payday is "offering" a settlement of 70% off as a one time payment or my balance is $540.00.

BIG LTD as of August was $445.00, it's probably over $600.00 now

ameriloan wants over $600.00

Us Fast Cash is $570.00

Okay, break. You need a letter sent to you to send to the pdls? Now, I don't have a letter for anything for your bank regarding the fees they've charged you. Volley is very good with banking issues. She may be able to help you regarding that. However, do you need a letter to send to your pdls?

Yay for them. Tough crap. Now, you're not taking the calls, are you? You need to only deal with them via email or USPS. If they are corresponding with you via email, then reply with your original letter. Let them read it AGAIN. Let it sink in that you have overpaid and that you are not going to speak with them via telephone. I did this a million times. I just kept sending the same letter over and over and over.
