Payday loans=Predatory lending?

Not on the internet as far as I am concerned. In Florida, where I live, the store fronts are not predatory due to the laws that govern them here. That is not the case in many other states from the experience that I have had with other people posting here.

I agree. I don't know anything about the store fronts, but I do know something about the internet ones and they are! They will take you for everything you got and give you the run around and threaten you if you default and they charge the most outragious fees. They are something you need to stay FAR FAR away from!!

PLEASE stay away from them! As far as I'm concerned, the store front lenders fall into this same category.
