File a complaint with your credit card company and get them to reverse the charge to your card. File a complaint with the BBB as well. If you get nowhere with your card company file a complaint with your bank. Eventually you will get satisfaction. Good Luck

I don't mean to sound discouraging or anything like that, but I would say good luck in getting a refund with these people. The best you could do is what frogpatch suggested. UCLs will give you the run around and you will not accomplish anything but feel like you are going crazy and more stress. Watch your account though. I would not trust these people as far as I could through them. If your account it PIF, I would try to get them to send you something in writing. But do get the complaints filed and do talk with your bank.

Hopefully if you can show the credit card charges to your bank they will be able to get your money bank. Time is definitely of the essence here, though. UCL is a big, fat pain. They are not easy to deal with. I have heard of people with success, though. Just make sure you keep copies of all correspondence, including emails. You don't want these thieves haunting you later on down the road. Good luck!
