I'm finding different ones for CMG. Apparently they go by different names (go figure). Some are US addresses. One is overseas? Hell if I know. And also found them related to FMS. So.... I'm giving them all.

The United Cash Loans address that is listed for the BBB is the address of MTE Financial. Which United Cash Loans is a d/b/a of MTE Financial. I can look further to see if I can find another address if Roxy can't find it.

I remember the addy being on the paperwork I received with their response saying I did not have a loan with them....I will post it in the AM. I will also see what contact info I gave the BBB when I filed the complaint. Hopefully it will help.

From what I've read, the last "good" address is the "P St" address.

kash, roxy, and morningstarr have all had United Cash Loans. One of them may be able to verify the correct one. I believe it's the "P St." address.

I am thinking P street was the one I used. The Carson street does not look familiar...To be safe I would use both.....I did that with a couple of mine.

I do believe the "newest" one is the "P St." one. Anything I have sent regarding MTE d/b/a's to Carson City NV has all come back returned to me as "moved". Gee, really?

I went through my BBB paperwork I filed on them..they respponded so I am going to list the address on the paperwork. This is also the addy Morning has on her UCL thread and she posted it on the 28th. It was from an offer they sent her.

I checked my account this morning and the $90 debit was indeed rejected! I even looked in the system and it says that my account is officially on credit only status!

I am not sure...that is the address listed for them on my BBB paperwork. Like I said. I would send it to every address possible, although that can be expensive.

Volley- I was ecstatic on Saturday when I saw that it didnt get posted. I called the company to see if I could maybe get some information on that account and find out why they were trying to take more money when it wasnt even my due date. Well they just called me back this morning to inform me that my information is not in their system yet due to the merger and that they will be getting back to me sometime today with all the information I need. I informed her that I never received any paperwork and she said unfortunately there was nothing she could give me right now because I'm not even showing up in their systems. Now how is it that they can take my money without me being in their system? If Im not in their system, then who was credited the $90 they deducted from my account on Tuesday? Oh I see Im going to have to fight with these people!

A merger 'eh??! Sounds like a crock of BS to me...trying to make themselves sound like some big corporation.

Well atleast they cant take anymore of my money. From now on, if people are unable to close their accounts due to their banks rules then I would recommend them to put their account on credit only status. it works just as well, plus its good for those who have direct deposit and cant get it changed in time.

Yes they are and I called the bank rep and she said right now its just pending and the system should reject it again. She also said for me to come see her tomorrow morning to sign the authorization form to return the $90 debit they took from my account on Tuesday.

Now Im really flipping out! That debit from Easy Loans posted to my account and now Im in the negative! My direct deposit is supposed to come in tonight and now Im in the negative! :cry: I informed the girl in the bank who has been helping me and she said for me to come in and sign the necessary paperwork. Im going right now to make sure this debit doesnt eat my direct deposit.

I signed the affadavits and she said that I should have my money refunded to me within 2 days. I asked why did this happen and she said because its an employee account, she doesnt have the authority to look at it. The only person who does called out sick today. She did say tell me not to worry, that this will all get straightened out. Now why didnt that make me feel any better? For some reason, I dont trust banks!

I don't trust banks either, but it really doesn't happen as much as it looks that pdl's get new account information. Really, it's only like 1% of people with payday loans.

yes! its the exact same one. they put it through again and this time it went through. Kelly in the bank had me sign the affadavits to have the money refunded to me. Including the one from Tuesday!
