Oh I don't think so....I asked again you said: My husband is sending you a payment?? He then backs up and says no...my husband did not say that but I should talk to him to get the address. Anyways, I asked again for the address and it was not the same as what was given to my husband.
I found the list with all of Allied addresses on it...so my question is. Is it ok to just send a Validation letter to any one of those offices? I just would like to verify with you all before I go and call them again. (I should just call them everyday to see how they are doing anyways....LOL)
thanks!

What a mess! :D Better send a validation letter to all of the addys. They are giving you the run around! Also, look them up with the BBB for an address.

broken65, LOVIN your sense of humor! wonder how they would react if someone really 'cared' how they were doing, and better yet called every day just like they do to us! I am going through this now with one of my collection agencies EXCEPT my hubby didn't talk to them and they're not outsourced like Allied must be. If they aren't giving you a straight address, then they're not going to get a payment. please don't take this to mean that i advocate not paying your debt, but how are you supposed to pinpoint where this address is?
Additionally, I'm sure you know that there have been numerous complaints about this company. have you thought about going to your state's attorney general about them? am trying to find out more info for you :)
