I have asked four attorneys in the last two days for the exact date/time on statue of limitations expiry in the state of texas regarding unsecured debt(credit card debt. I have been given four different senarios.
can anyone give the exact legal timing, is it the date of last payment (date) paid or date of last
activity on the account? ie; date account was charged off.

You need to check out your laws on whether this means from last activity or from the first deliquency--my mind has frozen-and I can't remember!!

The four years begins the day after the cause of action accrues.

The four years begins the day after the cause of action accrues. So I am assuming this means after the first deliquency--but I may be mistaken
