Yep, I'm another person who got caught up in the
payday loan trap. I live in Maryland and my loans are all internet. So how do I get started, and what do I need to do?
Thanks!

Please tell us the following and we can help you get out of this mess.
Who you have borrowed from
How much you have borrowed from each lender
How much you have paid back in total to each lender.Add the fees and principle to get one total for each lender.
I see that you are in Maryland, and that all your loans are internet. I will post the laws for your state Maryland (just select your state),and then when we get the requested info we can get started.

Hello, I've sent a revocation of authorization letter to FastMoney911 for my loans. I also sent a copy to my bank and the Kansas Attorney General office. I sent copies of my bank statements and all communication to the Kansas Attorney General. I've asked my bank to cancel the withdraws from FastMoney911. They are currently seeing what they can do and will get back to me. I called FastMoney911 today and they said they didn't get anything from me and show no record of revocation of authorization. They gave me another e-mail address help@fastmoney911.com. I'm confused on what to do. My loan were for 400 and 900. I have paid over $2,000. They say I still owe 1,587.00. Every two weeks they are withdrawing transactions for 85 and 385.00. As I understand the Kansas law for payday loans is nothing over 500. $15 per 100.00 for fees. No extension for the loans. I also couldn't find where FastMoney911 has a license in Kansas. The Kansas Attorney General office sent a letter saying that they can't take action til they believe there appears to be a violation of the KCPA. I'm confused. What should my next step be. I need this to stop!! I have way over paid and there is no end in sight.
