I currently have 11 payday loans outstanding and I can't afford the fees any longer. I got this money to pay to another company to get a $10,000 loan so I would be able to pay all these off. Well the other company is a scam and took $1800 from me. I am working with the FBI on that but they said that usually these companies are in Canada and hard to track down. After reading a lot of postings I have decided that I can no longer pay the fees or I am not going to be able to eat or have a home. My paychecks are gone every time I get paid. I am going to the bank today and am going to close my account. All of these loans were done on the internet and I haven't called yet but I can't take the stress anymore. I can't sleep or live my life due to this stress. I just need to make sure that I am doing the right thing. I need to get back to worrying about me and my family not how am I going to pay these fee. Any advice would be greatly welcomed.

belle, I'm going to assume that Mr. Lewllen meant that he was going to try to debit your account again then since this is an internet loan. He'll find out soon enough that his debit was rejected. I'm sure he'll try to contact you again once he realizes this. Are you still taking their calls? Try to do everything via email or USPS only. You will want everything in writing. It would be nice to get in writing how it went from $300 to $512.

He called me at work and I told him not to call me again at work. I told him that I have emailed, mailed and faxed letters to his company that state I do not accept calls at work and that all dealings should be in writting through either email or mail. He verified my mailing address and hung up. I guess they will now contact me through the mail.

I hope that they write how all the charges have added up to that much. I have missed two extensions which would equal $180. I guess the additional are fees from the items coming back from the bank?

oh, I'm sure they've got "fees" added on there. Is this a licensed/legal one?

I need some other advice and everyone here always gives great advice. I have taken all the steps and sent out letters to the companies that are valid but I haven't heard anything from them. Should I send them another letter?? A few are still calling me at home but I want to have everything written and nothing over the phone. The others have not contacted me by phone or mail. Should I start to stress over this?? I sent them a payment plan that I could pay every month. Should I just continue to wait?

I have a defaulted payday loan with this CSO company and I had already closed my bank acct since I was scammed by a fake lender in Canada. I fully plan to pay if full all of their fees but they refuse to wait until the end of the month. What action will they take and how should I prepware myself?
