Receivables Management Solutions

1. He didn't verify my identity before discussing details on the debt.
2. He didn't read the mini Miranda disclosure
3. When I requested validation he requested a "good faith" payment to send out the validation (he attempted to collect as a rebuttal for validation)
3a. When I reminded him that collection attempts were to cease once validation is requested he stated "this is not customer service, this is collections, and the collections will continue.
4. He said that the accounts were in legal default, to the unsophisticated consumer this would imply lawsuit.
I am awaiting a call from a attorney that specializes in consumer protection/FDCPA.
This will be fun...

Also I had them call again, I told them again that once they provide me with validation I would be more than happy to discuss a resolving this account. He asked me if I had a lapse in memory and didn't remember having this account and that I should go back to the doctor and get my brain checked. That's it, they are f***ing done.

*Update*
I did a little digging into my credit report and found that the client they allegedly represent (another CA) has posting things to my credit report, I'll be sure to sue them for the 36 FCRA violations as well since they don't want to play nice. They are going to love me, the $600+ they claim I owe them that they don't want to provide validation of is about to cost them a good deal more than they want. (They are collecting on several accounts and put it all into one lump sum and refused to tell me even what the break down is over the phone) on top of that they gave me the proof that they have all been reaged.
