Anyone from Ohio heard any news from PaydayOK?? I was of course told that my loan needed to be paid in full by 10/31/07. But, I just logged on and they have my next scheduled payment due on 11/7/07 for $48.00. Just like everything was normal?? Also, usually when I log in it always tries to make me transfer my loan. This time it didn't. It was just like it used to be? Wonder what's gong on??

Hi Volley. Yea, i finally registered. And Lord No, this is not my only loan. The loan i'm talking about in this thread is the least of my problems. It was only $300.00 loan that rolls over each payday and I only pay like 40-50 dollars a check. But, I have a $700.00 loan with CashNetUSA that's killing me. I get a new loan w/ them EVERYTIME i pay an old one off. I've gotten loans from CashNetUSA every payday for the last 18 months!!! And I have a dreaded installment loan for $1,500.00 from Check N Go. I pay a whopping $600.00 a month for 4 months for this one!!! Add that all up and i'm sunk!!

Also, I should note that i've never missed a payment on ANY PDL ever. Thats shocking to me when i think about it. I've been getting PDL's of one type or another for the last three years or so. And i'm talking EVERY sigle paycheck during this time. Not one break in all these years. EVERY single paycheck has gone to pay off PDL's. Only to turn right around and get another to pay bills. Amazing!! I've spend thousands and thousands of dollars on these things. What a waste!!!!!

I'm not sure what's going on, but it looks to me like Payday OK has closed down operations in all the state's that they would need a license to operate in. It makes sense, because one of their sister companies is licensed everywhere, and they are usually very good about marking people PIF right away when confronted with state laws. It looks like they've finally gotten sick of being called on it and are stopping lending to those states!
