Hi, have you put this in the search portion of this site? you will find several threads regarding this company. I believe they deal with E-payday and they are based out of New Jersey despite calling from other states.
If you type in United Pay Services in the BBB website you'll get numerous results that don't match the exact phrase, but if you type in e-payday, you'll discover that they only had one complaint and are registered with the BBB. as far as contact info, I'm hoping someone will be along shortly. try searching them on this site and you'll see that they are a headache to deal with and rude too.
I would contact your state's attorney general to file a complaint, that may be a start.

lady, i think they're a collection agency who works to collect debts for e-payday. reading some previous threads, it seems that they have shady collecting practices :(
Yeah, they do. Like threatening to arrest me and calling my form
Yeah, they do. Like threatening to arrest me and calling my former Employer and making me, by bullying, $850.00 on a $300 loan. I know many people have had simliar experiences.
There is a link on BBB online that allows you to file complaints

That is probably because you are the first person reporting them
That is probably because you are the first person reporting them. They will keep that on file. If the name isn't coming up, then they are not a member of the BBB..and that is not a good thing for them.

break, if you know the address/phone/other info., you can still file a complaint with the BBB. You just have to type in the information yourself since it won't come up. Enter all the information you have on them. Also, do not forget to file with your state AG on them also.
