These are loans i am aware of that i have had since 2005. I am on my 4th bank due to all the charges accumulated from the interest fees. I have paid well over what i borrowed from each. For example, i do not remember requesting a loan from ameriloan, and they deposited 200.00 to my account. I was unaware of this due to my account already being in the negative at that time. According to the lady, i did apply back in july 2007. Here it is late october and i just missed two payments. I still am not aware of requesting this loan.
Not only do i receive the phone calls all day, but some of the payday loans company's have posted on myt credit report. All the company's are internet payday loans. I want to know what can i do to get things back on track whereas i am in control of my finances and they do not control me.
I live in the state of missouri, how can i legally deal with these loans and get them off my credit report.

Are they store front or internet?

rachelle, you are dealing with some unlicensed/illegal lenders here. I do see that you have stated that are all internet. I do see that you have posted the original amount of the loans. However, I understand you've been dealing with these loans for a very long time. Do you know how much you have paid these pdls so far? And are they still able to debit the bank account that you have now?
