After reading Vikas's post. I started exploring the section and found http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/bankruptcy/index.html

Hi Nelly. You can post a link as long as it is to a Gov agency or a thread within the community. Otherwise, type in the site address with "dot" in parenthesis. Don't worry about breaking any rules, you are fine! :D

Thanks Vikas for making it simpler for edit. Now I can just click on edit and it will allow me edit the page, WOW.
