Yes, I have another question. If I am not working right now, I am drawing disability, can it be possible, if the pdls wanted to take me to court, can they garnish my wages even if I am not working right now.

I am in Texas as well. Can someone tell me if Rapid Cash Management is operating legally in Texas? They are a UK company that does verbal contracts for pdl's. Also, what about 365fastcash.net? They are also a verbal contract pdl company but do have a website. Are they legal in Texas?

No you can not go to jail. The most a legal payday loan can do is sue for a civil judgement but I think in Texas even that is not allowed but I am not positive.
