People in Texas should use caution if they are planning to close their accounts with checks outstanding. You can be prosecuted if fraud can be proven. Keep in touch with the storefronts and do not let them think you are trying to skip on them. If they are CFSA members try to set up an extended payment plan with them.

I am in Texas as well. Can someone tell me if Rapid Cash Management is operating legally in Texas? They are a UK company that does verbal contracts for pdl's. Also, what about 365fastcash.net? They are also a verbal contract pdl company but do have a website. Are they legal in Texas?

Thanks for all the help I have received here. I am finally getting things straightened out and out of the PDL game.
