National Enterprise Systems just broke the law!!!!!

I had a two installement deal with them of 400.00 a month for two months. The last payment was suppose to go through 3 days ago.
5 minutes ago NES called me and told me there was insufficent funds in the account and they sent their check back I have no clue what happened but I told the person I was dealing with that I would be happy to sent it Western Union. He said ok and he was giving me all the information needed for western Union when all of a sudden some guy gets on the phone yelliing at me asking me why i stopped payment on the check. He was really rude. He said my husband didnt show up for court and they had a judgement against him . LOLOLOLOLOL. I told him my husband never got any court papers and neither was he ever sued by them.
I also preceded to tell him that I was recording him and it was against the law for him to harrass me and tell me my husband never showed up to court and was in trouble.
He told me and I quote " Lady if I dont get the last payment whin in the hour you are in big trouble and I will recomment this account for court" I then told him I thought you said you sent my husband to court already and he didnt show up? LOLOLOL. He then said " you wanna play hard ball LETS PLAY HARD BALL.
I then hung up on him
Only thing that has me worried is they do have our checking account information. Should I change that?
Also I only owe them 400 bucks more and would have glady paid em if that idiot would have not interfered in the call! He actually told me he was the Supervisor! What a jerk!

Yeah, thats quite abusive. You may want to file a civil suit under fdcpa and get the 1k that you may win. Only file after you settle and get a paid in full letter that way they can't try to offset their loss by resending their offer.
