What state do you live in so we can check the sol for your state. Also there are a lot of junk debt buyers out there. They buy old debts for pennies on the dollar, and try to collect on them. . You also need to send a letter asking them to validate the debt.

I've been on here for about twenty minutes and am leaning loads of info! So the debt was in Ca., which I understand that the SOL is 4 years. So I should copy one of your templates for "validation" and send it to them, and, bottom feeders that they are, will refuse to reply because it's not a valid debt?
