I do agree with the op in the fact that a telephone rep is not the end all be all of a creditor's structure.I have used chain of command more than once resolving issues and once management has seen my record of being a good loyal customer,they will usually side with me or I will terminate working with them in a business relationship.
I've had an issue before with getting an OD fee refunded by BOA,
I've had an issue before with getting an OD fee refunded by BOA, but it was 50/50 whether I'd get it refunded or not, but if it ever happens again I'm going to do what you did and call corp. That is a great idea, and should be used for any bank. Thanks!
