Saying that I can settle the acct for 65 dollars
and i got a call from my bank saying that they were able to reverse almost all of the debits that were on my acct earlier, I will see tomorrow what it looks like.

If you find out that you have overpaid them I wouldn't pay them
If you find out that you have overpaid them I wouldn't pay them another dime. In fact I would try to get a refund. Although a refund is unlikely you should at least try.
