I am livid. G. I e-mailed them explaining that he would pay the following month. Even with that they charged over $100 in misc fees! Well I went on their website & he owed a total of $144 by 11/16/07. I was able to pay online with a future due date. I paid $75 to be deducted on 11/9 & $75 on 11/16. Well I got the nastiest collection person, threatening me & demanding I pay today. I explained no ! Check your website & see that I made payment arrangements. Well they then quoted me a call log that on 10/23 they called my house spoke to my son Gabriel (they asked his name) He is 4 YEARS old & asked him if my husband lived there & where his daddy was & to tell him to call them about a bill he hasn't paid !?!?! I called back & raised hell ! Is this legal forget about ethical ? Is there anywhere I can file a complaint ? To top it off my son is disabled. These people are just the scum of the earth. & even after I made the payment arrangements on their website they wanted me to pay now & give them my credit card info which I said NO since I've already did that online & they said well too bad we'll call everyday until the payments are posted.

Can you call them and ask to talk to a manager in the Collections Department. Tell them what happened and the name of the person you talked to. Tell them that you have made arrangements for payment and plan to catch up. I am not an expert but sometimes you just need to talk to someone else.

But I would calm down first
