payday loan help

I have one with ameriloan for 390.00 and have paid 270.00 in fees. One with MyCashnow for 525.00 and have paid 360.00 so far. CashnetUSA for 625.00 and have paid 125.00, Ambasador 390.00 and have paid 360.00 the last one is listed as Credit service loan and they have taken out 270.00.

I am trying to find out which ones are licensed in the state of MO, it may take me awhile, I will let you know

I was finally able to get the list to pull up and I did a search for all of yours and none of them came up as being licensed in the state of MO as of 3/2007..

They are comming due 11/15, I don't know what I'm going to do, I have to pay my house payment and utilities. Please help, I have already lost my car over these thing, I just don't know where to turn anymore.

CashNetUSA will be licensed/legal. I do know that one. ameriloan is NOT licensed/legal. I know dee did a search for you; however, CashNetUSA is licensed/legal. You will have to deal with them. Ameriloan I do know is not licensed/legal. You've already lost your car over these things? And your bills are getting behind? Hang on! Have you done anything with your bank account yet to prevent these pdls from continuing to hit it?

I am calling my bank today to have the payments stoped and returned. They are usually pretty good about doing that. Can I get in trouble for doing this? I just don't know what else to do.

You really need to close your account because they will continue to hit your account and get their money. Do you have a way to close the account and open a new one? my bank was very good at working with me on this. Once my pdl's hit, they closed the account and returned the debits. I now have a new account with the same bank, but the pdl companies do not have any access to that account. Any paying back to these companies I am doing via money order.

My bank just told me I could put a perement stop pay on those accounts and they will be returned. I have a lot of my bills that come out automatically and I have to have the direct deposit for my paychecks, it required by my state job.

That is great your bank is willing to do that. With mine I had to fill out paperwork etc each time. I did have to have my direct depsoit switched etc. and my bills, which was a pain, but at least the pdl companies didn't get my money. I know Cashnet USA is legal, I am dealing with them. I did call them and my payment that was due on 11/9 was given a one time courtesey extension(no fees) until 11/23. I read somewhere on this cite where someone else had done that. You may want to call them and see what you can work out with them. The others I that are not legal, I would look at the laws of your state, I am in Illinois so my laws were very much on my side, and send letters to the PDL companies revoking their authorization etc. The main thing is finding out your state laws and then going from their and following up with each of the pdl companies. I am looking at my first complete week of defaulting on 5 loans, and I closed my account, sent letter and I have received 1 PIF and I made arrangements to send money orders on a second one to pay back the principle. It can be done!
