took out a pdl from Cash Net USA. Loan was due on 10/10/2007 which I could not cover and got overdrafted with a fee of 20.00. They debited my account again in 2 payments on 10/25/2007 so therefore I had overdraft fees of 40.00. Called to set up payment arrangements and they said they could do 2 payments of 596.74 which I can not do at this time due to my son's medical condition. They told me to stop payment on the debit that they have scheduled for 11/09/2007 and let them know, but is that going to make me look like I do not want to fulfill the obligation of the original 900.00 loan and what will they do then. I live in PA just in case you needed to know.

I need your advice. Please help.

DMas you'll find that others have gone through this with this company too. look at that site that someone else in the forum provided another member. this will help you
search for payday loan laws in PA in the search bar to the upper right hand corner and you will see what the other members say about this company.
also at this point i would work with your bank to see if you can stop potential charges should you stop the November debit. keep in touch

debt, dmas resides in PA, which allows pdls if they are licensed. And, from what I understand, CashNetUSA is licensed to do business.

My advice? And I'm no expert! But CashNetUSA is licensed/legal. Apparently dmas is attempting to set up payment arrangements with them; however, still can't make the payments. I personally would contact them and tell them straight up this is NOT working. It's not like dmas can "get out of this" since they are licensed/legal. However, one would think that they could do SOMETHING regarding the payments arrangements. I have read others that have had CashNetUSA and got them to work with them somehow. Like I said, I'm certainly not an expert with CashNetUSA (and I'm glad!). But many, many others have experience with them. I'm hoping that we are "bumping" this up so it'll catch others eyes and they can post their experience with them!

Cannr is right-there isn't much you can do with someone who is legal.I haven't dealt with them either, but THere is a thread or post somewhere that someone said after keeping after them, they did set up payment arangements.

I know with others I have had, if you keep after them and tell them you want to pay them-not run, eventually they will do it-or at least mine did!

IF I can find that post, I'll put it here-seems like it was from one of our members that has been here a while-but I'm old and may have dreamt it  ..karen
