I discovered 36 FCRA violations on my credit report, lets see, 36 violation at $2,500 per violation is $90,000 I think I'll take them up on that offer and thank them for their business afterwards. And if they can provide me with the validation on the debt that they say I owe (which they have outright refused validation so far) I will pay it if I owe it. (Only thing is I honestly can't recall the amounts or creditors they are stating)

I am gonna post contact information I received from a attorney regarding both Nco & Portfolio recovery. This at last update was contact info for their assigned attorney.

The company I work for is extremely small compared to NCO, we are nothing but a speck on the map. The companies monthly profits around around 2 million a month and that doesn't inclide what their second office makes. NCO with their many companies had to make at least 10x that amount on a monthly basis.

It would be nice but most people don't want to go that rout. They just want to take care of their problem and get it behind them as quickly as possible and start new. Thats one of the reasons that people don't sue CA's personaly and normaly join some type of class action. While they may be awarded big damages it is always split up between a huge group of people and they feel it isn't worth it.

Start the ad small. PA would be the best bet as to where to start since it is their corporate headquarters location. As well as St. Paul MN. Mr. Glover stated that it's like CA central. Request in the ads that they make donations from the winnings in the civil suit go to the ad campaign so that we can extend it.

class action lawsuits -even though individuals dont get big rewards at least it severely cuts into 2 mil a month profit from small cos and makes them rethink their business tactics..and it severly effects big cos with huge rewards for complaintants not small change at all
