USA Benefits took funds out of my account

How does one go about reporting this company. They took funds out of my account without my permission I never clicked on their website for any kind of information and I never checked yes on any loan application that I wanted their service. I DID Not Authorze them to take funds out of my checking account.

Welcome to the forums. Since you feel that fraudulent activity has taken place in your checking account by the said company, you can file a complaint against them at the BBB, DA's office and the FTC.
You can also consult your lawyer for this purpose.
