I think that would depend on your credit. If your credit is decent, your bank or credit union may be able to help you out.
I am not an advocate of getting a loan to pay off debts. Possibly consolidation could be a better option..If you have less than good credit, you could be a victim of a scam..There are a lot of posts on this board from people who were roped into them!
Just remember, you NEVER have to pay any money upfront for a loan, no matter what they tell you. And always investigate any business you plan to use with the BBB
