I keep getting calls with thin for a old at&t bill and i have no idea what it is for. I would like to send a debt verification letter and make them prove they have not violated any SOL. However, I don't have an address for them.

Next time they call, answer, verify you're the consumer they are seeking, verify your address and inform them they now have 5 days to send you a dunning letter. End the call. DV w/in 30 days of recieving their dunning letter.
