Ok friends, Friday is fast approaching and I have decisions to make. I have 2 store fronts and 3 internets that are due on Friday. The other store front is already in default.

I have no money to give any of them this week. As rent is late and I must pay Friday. By my next pay (2 weeks from Friday) I'll be in pretty good shape (meaning all living expenses will be current and caught up).

I'm waiting on paper wrok from T & C to look over, however I know the phone will start ringing very quickly. I've stopped our direct deposits, but my bank is not a good one to work with these problems, they are pretty much no help at all...So anything that hits my account is going to get NSF fees. I'm prepared for that (I think).

So what's your opinons? Should I let them all bounce or should I call them all and let them know I don't have the money? Either way I guess they will still bounce... Is there any use in calling them if I can't pay this week. I'm really hoping if I decide to go with T & C I can send them my money the next pay and get started.

I was feeling pretty "BOLD" about all this, until today and now I think the "aniexty is coming back just because its almost payday again.

I really feel alot like Ryan said on my other post, at this point I'm so sick of it and want out so bad I don't if they call me or take me to court. I just want it to be over!

Sorry to be so long, I guess it makes me feel better if I feel like I'm actually taking to someone about this:) Thanks Gang! Reny

lren, if you would feel better, call the storefronts and tell them your situation. Whatever would put your mind at ease so you're not going crazy, do it. You might be surprised at their reaction. They might agree to work with you. They might not. If they're not willing to work with you, it sounds as though you're already prepared for that answer! So, if it would just set your mind at ease, try calling them and seeing what they have to say. At least that way, you can say you tried, you made an attempt, and not drive yourself insane wondering. Make any sense? I just want you to not be anxious and wondering. If it helps you to call and see what they say, then by all means, call and see what they say. You never know. You might be surprised!

lren, depends on if they are licensed/legal. If they are not, I wouldn't call them. Just as long as I knew they couldn't debit my account any longer. However, if they are licensed/legal internets, then I would call them.

Good. Since they are a licensed/legal one, good. At least they're going to extend it for you. Buys you a little bit of time anyway.

IMHO...I would call the other 2 internet loans also and see if they will extend too.The payperiod before I actually defaulted I called all of them this way and out of 10 7 help the payment and gave me the extension. Gave me time to think and figure out what to do next. At least the amount of the NSF's would be lower too.

lren, please do keep us posted. Storefronts will usually like to send the check through for NSF before making arrangements. Crap. NSF fees; however, at least you'll be able to make payments. Please let us know what's going on.

sorry for leaving you hanging about the bank, I had to leave for work. However...I called my bank and explained my situation. The guy was very nice and told me I could open a new account and close my old one. He told me the only way the old one would be forced back open is if something tried to come in with in 1-3 days of me closing it and then I would just need to close it again. He said they don't close account for NSF fees, unless you stay in the negative for a while. So that was good news. I think I can plan it so once the first wave of NSFs comes in I can pay up the bank and close the account.

Today I'm hoping to leave work a little early and go to my 2 store fronts and check into the EPP, however if they need the first payment tomorrow I'm not going to be able to pull that off. I need it to start the follow pay.

Let the games begin:) Thanks Reny

lren, are the storefront loans due tomorrow? Is that why they want the EPP to begin tomorrow? I'm assuming that the loans are due tomorrow, so instead of paying in full and re-writing (or just paying in full) they would want the EPP payment amount. Am I correct in assuming the loans are due tomorrow?

Ahhhh.... that's why. It's your "payment date", so they would want the EPP payment amount. What are you going to do?

well, I have no choice but to let them bounce and wait for the phone to ring. I'll have a little extra money in 2 weeks. So I can start making payments. If they will take them, if not I figure I'll just keep the money myself and when I get the total I owe I'll take it down there.

Today was a bit crazy, since we stopped our direct deposit, I had to cash my paycheck and get a money order to pay my rent, since I'm trying to clear out the checking account. My bank would not cash my check since my account didn't have enough to cover the payroll check, which was stupid, cause its the same payroll check they've been getting for the last 10 years every two weeks. So I ended up driving clear arossed town to the bank the payroll check was written on and they cashed it for me. Then I had to drive way out of my way to to find a quicky mart that sold money orders, (the banks money orders were $8)!! Anyway...finally I got my rent paid!! I hate this no checking account stuff, I need to get a new account opened and quickly!

Thanks & Happy Weekend!! Reny.
