I hate OCC. Just thought this news would perk up others who hate them as well:
On August 24, 2007, the Nebraska Department of Banking & Finance filed a Cease and Desist Order against One Click Cash. Charges filed indicate the business is in violation of state law by operating without a Delayed Deposit Service (DDS) license. They also are accused of charging fees higher than allowed by State law and automatically renewing the transaction by allowing the maker to pay less than the total amount of the check and any authorized fees and charges. This results in consumers paying more than double the amount of the original advance. The matter is pending.
