Does anyone have a ameriloan phone number?
Thank you!

More information about Ameriloan - Jason

I am also looking for their number. I received a letter from a collection agency that I still owe them $125.00 from March or April 2005. This is the first that I have heard about this. Since I paid the loan off; somehow I misplaced the collection agency letter. It stated that if I need verification of the loan to send my request within 30 days of receiving the letter. I tried to do a google search for ameriloan but too many come up and at the time of my loan there was only one that I remember.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't want a PDL. Some CA keeps calling me saying I have a $158.00 balance from 1 1/2 years ago and I don't show that I owe them. I asked him to send me a validation of when and how much the loan was for 3 months ago and still haven't heard back from him. I don't have any idea who I should call back because he didn't give me his phone number. So I thought I would contact ameriloan and ask them about it.

See if the collection agency is reporting anything negatively in your credit report. They should not do that unless they have legitimate reasons. If anything is hit in your file without purpose, dispute with the CA as well as the CRA reporting it. You can explain to the CRA that the CA has failed to validate the account. They will run an investigation and if your dispute is found correct, it will be updated with correct information.

I also took out a loan with Ameri Loan, and they have taken more out of my account then they should have. I have never received anything asking me if I want to pay off my loan or how much I want to pay every two weeks, so they took it upon themselves to take out what ever they want. I spoke to some rude lady, and she hung up on me. Now they are takin out not one, but 2 payments every two weeks. People like them ruin it for the rest of the good businesses

The correct number for ameriloan is 1-800-362-9090. I talked to someone this morning concerning my account i borrowed 200.00 they told me i had to pay 260.00 but im paying back 491.00 so before u get a loan from them or anyone you better read the fine print or agree to pay the loan back in full at once. Thats your best choice.

There taking like $90.00 a week from my account every week for over a month. I haven't been able to go to the bank to verify my total. I only took a loan out to cover medical expense. I recently had a kidney transplant and thought this would help. It only made things worse for me. This was only a $200.00 loan. It is all a scam.

Can someone help me with this number? 901.328.9339 or 202.658.7120? They keep calling me about a matter I need to have my attorney contact them. One name that is used is Officer Williams and another is Jason, Clint. When I asked them to send me something in writing what this is in regards to, they tell me is it time sensitive and I need to have my attorney call them. The last amount I was told a year ago was at $1,680 but they will not tell me what it is for. I have several voice messages I saved from them on my cell phone because I didn't know if I should delete them or not.

I hope someone can help me with some advice because it is getting very annoying. They tell me they willl be coming to my work with a warrant and my damage my credit report but so far I do not see anything on my report.

Thank you

Are you talking about Ameriloan? If you are, they aren't licensed to lend anywhere, it would be in your best interest to close that account NOW, your account will never be safe again due to the fact that they have your account information.

Howdy all!
I received a call from these ameriloan jokers at work today. They told me that I had a $350 loan in 2008 and when they went to take money out of the account that it was closed (I did close my account in 2008, but long after they said that I got the loan). They want to settle with me for the amt of $568. I asked what the balance is now...they told me $5000!!! I couldnt help but laugh. I told her that I had to go through my records and make sure that everything is on the up and up and she stated that I had to 'hold' the agreement with a debit card #. I asked her if there was any way to just pay outright, Western union or money order or something, but she said no, the only way that I could repay is if she has access to my bank account. I dont even know if I had a loan with them in the first place!!

Legitimate collectors will supply debt verification letters-Ameriloan, and many other PDL's are not authorized to make loans in most states, so don't expect them to comply. You should check with the Office of Insurance Regulators for your state or call to see if this PDL, or any other, is liscensed for your state. You can also check with the BBB. Many of these PDL's actually originate in foreign countries (British Columbia, Canada, Malta, etc, and some are on Indian Reservations, so they don't and won't follow legitimate collections rules as set forth by the FTC. The good news is that if they are not liscensed in your state, once you pay the original loan amount, you're done with them. Period. And don't fall for their harassing, bullying calls, either. They cannot have you arrested, garanshee your pay, or anything like that. Unless they provide you with a debt validation (which I'm sure they won't), they won't be able to take you to court, or garanshee your wages. However, you do want to make sure they do not have access to your current checking account info.
How do I know this? I, too, have been bullied, threatened, told they were down the street on their way to arrest me, etc, but I have filed complaint after complaint to the FTC, my state AG's office, the BBB, and any other agency I could find. These debt collectors are becoming ruthless, and it's time we fight back and gain the knowledge we need--study some of the things you see online and on these posts, and you'll see. Best of luck.

You are incorrect, these PDL's are tied together. See, I've learned, beleive me, I've been caught in the PDL trap, and have done a ton of research. There will be one large company, and I use the term loosley, but they'll use several different names to offer PDL's. Ameriloan, United Fast Cash, and others, are all part of one scamming group.

Wrong------your smartest choice is not to get in with these scammers in the first place, or any PDL for that matter. Do you honestly thing your best choice is to pay $461.00 for borrowing $200 for two weeks? Seriously?

I called ameriloan and usfastcash, asked for their license # in CA. Because they could not provide the #s I informed them that I would file complaints with the BBB, FTC, CA Department of Corporations(they were issued a cease and refrain order in 2006). I emailed their compliance department, they blocked my access to my online account with them. They didn't take any money out of my account last friday.
