Okay I emailed them last night my letter requesting that they cease getting into my checking account, and that they give me paid in full letter. Have not heard anything back, anyone know how long this takes? Should I do anything else?

Tes, there is no set time. I had overpaid all mine and I had one that within a week I received a PIF, one was three weeks and one was about 5 or 6 weeks. I have four that sent me to "outside collection agencies" and two I never heard from again...so far.. There is no telling what the pdl will do and what time frame they will do it in. Unfortunately, you just have to sit back and wait.

Okay, the letter that I used to stop Payday OK has disappeared from my mailbox. I foret whom sent me the template to stop rollovers on internet loans, but I would apprecitate it if someone could forward me the letter again.
