I'm not sure what certain thing you are talking about- but try to make arrangements with them. The store front ones tend to follow the laws, and also tend to sue.
On my store front ones, I went in, in person, and talked with them, and they did work out arangements.

I believe our guest is referring to the CFSA. Where if the storefronts are members, you may be able to invoke the EPP (4 equal payments). Am I correct, guest? Is this what you are referring to?
