Has anyone ever heard of this company.? I think that it may be a debt buying comany?


I checked this company in the BBB and found out the two of them.

they are after me (sued) by way of a lawyer for a credit card that i had 13 years ago and thought was payed.according to what i can find out about them is they are a debt buyer wrapped up in a so called credit company

in ohio there is supposed to be a 15 year statute on contracts and a 6year on accounts. they are sueing me on accounts. my lawyer said they can't do that.so i am trying to find out as much as i can about the liberty credit as i can. i know they have a bad record with the bbb and the defination of their business in the bbb is still to undertimined
