Does this look like a fare settelement from Impact PDL

I am a Maryland resident , I have taken out several loans from Impact pdl and pay them back in full this time around i took out a $300.00 loan ( internet ) and the intrest was $90.00 well today i see that tried to get out of my checking account $105.00 and $50.00 which was return then i get this email for Settlement - See Below
I wanted to get back in contact with you to set up these payments to get the $350 principle balance taken care of in a timely manner. We are willing to work with you, but ask that you work with us as well. As I stated in our phone call the payment for $155 will go through to your bank account tomorrow. I understand you would like to make payments via money order. We can set those up with you, but I need to know dates and amounts you will be sending these in. We generally will split up the payments into 2 or 3 payments for our customers. Please get back with me as soon as possible to begin setting up these arrangements.

If you have paid nothing back, and they want to settle for just
If you have paid nothing back, and they want to settle for just the principle, why is that fair. Isee that this site believes in paying back the principle.
