arrest for fraud?

Welcome to the Community Casey :D They can't arrest you, they use all sorts of threats to scare you into paying.

Is this a store front or internet loan-what state do you live in-who is the company, and how much have you borrowed and paid back?

With this info- we can direct you to some answers.

Unless you wrote a check on a closed account, with no intentions of paying it- you will be ok--and if you did that- they still have to go through court, etc..Hang in there!!..karen
